Watson’s Fort, Newry – Community Consultation
Lotus Homes invite you to attend a Community Consultation to inform the local community about updated proposals for Watson’s Fort.
This is for a proposed housing development on Watson’s Road in Newry. This site already benefits from full planning permission with 200 dwellings.
Lotus Homes recently acquired the site and is proposing to modernise the house types in line with local requirements. All interested parties are invited to come along to view the plans at Thomas Davis Hub, 21 Doran’s Hill, Correnshigo, Newry.
If you cannot attend, there will also be an opportunity to make a comment online via the website link (on the left) from Tuesday 22nd October until Thursday 12th November, 2024.

Please note that any comments made to Lotus Homes in respect of the above proposals are not representations to the local planning authority. When the Planning Application is formally submitted to Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, public advertisement and neighbour notification will be undertaken. You will then have the opportunity to make formal representation as part of the planning process.
