Terms and Conditions
  • Offer available on plots reserved between 5th October & 15th December 2023, subject to contract and eligibility
  • The amount we pay may not be the same as your monthly mortgage payments and it is your responsibility to use the money from the Offer to help keep up with monthly mortgage payments
  • For a request to be considered eligible for the offer, it must be declared prior to signing the Reservation Agreement
  • The offer may require a binding unconditional contract to be in place by a particular date, which may vary for different plots

  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Offer may not be accepted by some lenders or may lead to refusal to provide a mortgage based on your circumstances
