Situated  just off the Ballygowan Road, Pirrie Manor is located close to Comber town centre. The the development has easy access to the main arterial routes to Belfast city centre, Newtownards, Bangor and Lisburn.

The development of 70 houses started spring 2019 and was completed in early spring 2022.
